Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for return or exchange, each item must be in its original pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on Socks & Laces. Additionally, items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase—including select pieces from our Platinum Collection and Men’s Vintage Clothing ranges—cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.
